The Council planned and carried out a successful school fair and a Halloween party. To show appreciation for the cooperation of the students on Halloween, the Council re- quested and received pennission from Mr. Frank for early dismissal of school for on d . We e ay worked on revising the noon hour program but could not find any solution. At the end of the week of November 16-25, the student body gathered in an assembly to elect our officers Following the election for president and vice-president, new representatives were elected by each ou gl' P entitled to representation. The fommation of additional organizations raised the Student Council from thirteen to seventeen members.
