It was a time of Friendship, Good times Friendship was always a part of Greenway's campus, as on any campus. At Greenway friendship isn't just confined to students. Dean of students Wendell Sheets, talks to Tony Rankin, a friend of his, top far left. Dallas Cormier, Dave Weesner, and Barry Zumach, seniors, left, have fun during their lunch hour, by showing very large smiles. Lisa Barton, Sharron Bishop, Debbie Hunter, Mary Holly, and Lisa Gomez, sophomores, bottom far left, meet between classes to discuss tests, lunch and boys. Lunch is also a time for friends to get together. An assorted bunch of students, bottom left, prefer an easy lunch against a building as opposed to a crowded lunchroom. INTRODUCTION 9

It was a time of Feeding Our Faces V 10:1 W 1 K Lunch periods are a time of eating, naturally, and socializing. With only five minutes between classes, friends don't have time to talk extensively between classes, so at Greenway, lunch serves as the social time. Ieff Veir, sophomore, left, enjoys the fantastic taste of snack bar hamburgers, and a Gatorade, two of the many things a student can purchase at the snackbar. While Ieff is enjoying his lunch, other students, below, spend most of the half hour alloted for lunch in the snack bar line. At the beginning of the year, the line ex- tended past thesidewalk into the grass. As the year progressed, the line got shorter, but it was long enough to wait a long time. ai 311 at 14-5' warn T ' ,Q . iii . af INTRODUCTION 11
