Bi' I I Ellison Morris, Assistant Editor, Yearbook Bill Tripp, Editor - Student Newspaper Russ Scarborough, Editor - Yearbook Publications , 447 This has been a great year for me as your editor. Each year is a new experience, and each moment of our lives brings new discoveries which change the ordinary into the extraordi- nary. The 1976 Tec-Nique is finally completed. There were many times when the staff became very despondent and afraid that we would not meet our deadline, but with the cooperation and hard work of each member, the Tec-Nique has become a reality. In this book we have tried to display to every student the reality of Greenville Tec. This is your book and I trust that it will be one that you will cherish for a long time. As my year as editor comes to a close, I would like to take this opportunity to pay special thanks to : Mr. Bill Garrison for his untiring ef- forts as Advisor and for putting up with me. Mrs. Hazel Hall for understanding support and for just being there whenever we needed her. janet Whiting for her hours spent writing and typing copy: Mr. Stan Thompson for his timely efforts with pictures and many other things. Mr. David Mac McDonald for his profes- sional dedication with layouts, design and photography. Bill Tripp for helping with indi- vidual student pictures. Rick Kelley for helping with pictures and to the entire staff for dedicat- ing many hours to the Tec-Nique. Last, but no means least, to Ellison Morris for being the most outstanding and understanding Assistant Editor that anyone could have. Words cannot express my gratitude to this year's staff. I only hope that as we venture into bigger and better things that our lives will be blessed. Also to those students who will be leaving as well as to those students remaining, I love everyone of you and hope that having pas- sed this way that God will bless your lives. This is the first day of the rest of your life. Russ Scarborough, Editor 448 I Epilogue sl- . Swan- 5
