IJIRILI TUR It is with humble pride that I address each of the students of the Greenville Technical Education Center. Our school is now in its eighth year of operation, just eight years old. A child of eight has already formed a pattern of personality, inter- ests, and physical features. I believe that our center has followed this pattern. Greenville TEC has a dynamic personality, it has a multitude of interests because it is interested in everyone who needs it, it has the physical features of a giant, far exceeding the growth expectations of its founders. Greenville TEC is a growing, moving, motivating force in a dynamic community, a community that has supported it from its inception. It has been blessed with a dedicated group of leaders, faculty, board and administration, who have worked diligently to make it the great school that it is today and the great force that it will be tomorrow. I am sure that the student body, the board of directors, the faculty and staff, the alumni and everyone who possesses this annual is as proud as I am of being a part of our institution, GREENVILLE TEC. jlggqfhomas E. This course is planned to provide the student with a background in jobs such as these as well as managerial qualification. A great burden is placed on the graduates of this course. Her duties consist of: greeting patients, making them comfortable, preparing them for examination, treatment or surgery. She also keeps instruments sterile, lubricated, and in top working order. She assists the dentist at the chair-side by handling in- struments and preparing materials. She also takes and processes X-rays, assumes secretarial duties and provides dental education.
