Choirs Enrich Culfure There were two choirs this year, the A Cappella and the Mixed Choir. Mrs. Jean Greaves assisted Mr. John Hornbeck in directing the choirs. MY FAIR LADY was selected to be the musical of the year. Practice began on August 1, and continued up to presentation time , September 9 and 11. In competition with members of other choirs, the choir had thirty-three members to make All-District, fourteen members to make All-Region, and three members to make All-Area . Through the sale of pop corn, and the money made from the musical and concerts, the A Cappella Choir made a spring IOUI. The Mixed Choir officers were: Danette Bishop, President, Paul Sutton, Vice- Presidentg and Tammy Harper, Secretary. TOP LEFT: Mr. Hornbeck directs the A Cappella Choir.
