Joyce Fluegge was co-editor of the sports section this year. This year the Hi-Life took on a whole new approach. John Larsen, the advisor, was new to the 72-73 teaching staff. The staff tried to improve the quality of layout and pictures. They feel they have accomplished this in “Pride 73.” Some of the accomplishments that they achieved were: meeting deadlines, producing and selling of yearbook and increasing the size of the yearbook over last year’s yearbook. This year two editors were appointed instead of one and one assistant editor. They were Dana Selesky and Marian Weber. This year’s staff started out quite large, but as the year progressed, the size of the staff steadily decreased in size. 169
