At many ot the meetings short skits are enacted to acquaint the members with the ditterent types ot dramatics and to give them some experience in the art ot acting. An example ot their work was shown in their part ot the impressive Christmas chapel program. Each year a meeting is set aside tor the purpose ot holding the Dramatic Club banquet. Among the many activities ot the German Club were included pro- grams dedicated to Martin Luther and John Gutenburg. Aside from the heavier lines ot club work which consisted ot regular meetings and nature study hikes, the club members were sponsors ot such activities as the Jitterbug Jamboree. They also held a Christmas party and their annual banquet. Among their special activities was the Fauna and Flora Quartette which consisted ot l-larold XXfolte, George Meguiar, Paul Warner, and Bob Sinlc, An example ot the numerous services rendered by the club, is the repairing ot the tree name tags which identity all ot the trees on the campus.
