The library has taken on the appearance of a real library. 'l he walls have been newly paint- ed and the furniture has been reefinished. Venetian blinds have taken the plaee of the rnll blinds and a new dictionary stand built by the shop boys makes studying more convenient. Our librarian, Mrs. Hudson, make is capable and strives to the library pf real service to the st-linol and the eommunity. The typing classes are al- ways crowded. Typewriters are at a premium. This class of buys has had te take in the nverflnw frein the girls elass. The selniel furnishes these elasres their typ- ing bunk and paper. The t'omn:ereial department, including hnpkkeeping and short- hand as well as typing, is pre paring many nf our boys and girls for the business world. Mrs. Street came here in lil-H when we were freshmen and has served thrpugh our high svlmpl days. Miss Moss joined Mrs. Street this year. Mrs. Car- ter, Home lCeun1nnies siipervisar assists the melts by planning the menu for eaeh day. Several of the seventh and eighth grade girls help serve in the eafeteria. This year a new arrange- ment nf the equipment and some new C u rta i n s brightened the eafeteria.
