Mr Ritter helps Lharlie Oak demonstrate tumbling in one of his freshman gym classes As we look back over the past four wears we can see that GHS has developed our peisonalities as well as oui minds We haxe not onlv learned how to get along with many kinds of people This 18 1ust as lmportant as The personallty traits that we acquire through our classes and extra curricular activities are lnxaluable to us as adults and may determine whethei we can become a success or failure Left Bill Brown works on a project while Mr Huffman helps another student 1n the woodworking shop Right Miss Blalr explains various cuts of meat to her first year home economics class if not more important than, developing skills in the academic subjects.

The Broad Left Miss Frost s art class draw pictures of model Judy Robbins Right Chorus rehearsal under the direction of Mr Niles is held twice a week in the band room and Practlcal Greensburg High School also offers many practical and special classes which aid the student ln rounding out his education For example there are those classes which train a student in vocational education The Home Economics Business and Industrial Arts Departments have many classes chorus Journalism speech physical education health and safety and driver education which give the students special training in a variety of fields These courses offer the students opportunities unheard of only a few years ago Mr Simmons IS waiting for his class of future drivers ln the Driver Education car l O I O 1 ' . , . , . y . u u designed for such students.
