CLASS PROPHECY Twinkle, twinkle, little star. How we wonder who you are; Like a spaceship in the sky, The 68 class has finally flashed by.” My! I never thought that ten years could be such a long time, but now that it has arrived, the '68 graduating class is looking forward to their reunion here at the Universal Plaza, one of the largest Space Hotels in the Universe. All of the graduates have discovered a great future and I'rh sure they don't mind sharing it with you. The problem is, where should we start? Oh, look! Here comes Shirley Rowan on her flying liquor jug, singing that old favorite tune, White Li itning , from the Space Hills of Alakazam. That's a great start Shirley. Now, on with the Future. We see that Bobby G. Sansom has renewed his membership with the schoolboard patrol as car attendant and doorman here at the Universal Plaza. Ronnie Clark and Ronnie Faircloth are now co-owners and co-operators of the biggest Space Craft-Parts Center this side of the Milky Way. We see that Eunice Moody yet retains her ability to run track. She now runs the Supersonic Elevator here at the Plaza. Bobby Clark, a former student of Mrs. Stalling's speech class, is now teaching several new methods of speaking, one of which is mumbling. Good luck Bobby. Oh, just wait till you hear this! We just received a spaceogram from our former Vice-President, Russell Smith. He regrets that he will be unable, to attend our class reunion here at the Plaza because he is still pumping gas at Fletcher's Space Station. We are awful sorry Russell. Yes, everyone seems to be getting along fine, especially Linda Butler and Wayne Brandon. We stopped by the desk to check the register. To our surprise we found that Linda and Wayne were sharing the bridal suite. The former Miss Butler is now entertaining here doing the Lady-in-Red, ” for which she is so famous back in the states. Her husband is the famous center for the Universal Spacetrotters basketball team. He's currently averaging an infinite number of space points per game. We see that Marcine Phillips' athletic ability is still with her, she's now the recreation director here at the Plaza. Catherine Durham still obtains her title as the best dressed waitress in space. Janet Bentley is now employed with the International Space. School of Languages. She is the Associate Professor of English there. Nice going Jan. We see that Ronald Tolar and Dotty Fletcher have finally gotten together. They have been received their Ph. D. degree from the Franz Liszt Conservatory of Music and will present their debut concert here tonight. They are better known as the Solar-Tolars. We see Betty Fletcher still obtains her editing ability, she is now editor of the Outer Space Herold. Look out! Here comes Merilyn Haire on her 1978 Space Scooter. Merilyn now nurses the persons injured in space scooter accidents. We see, aften ten long years of struggling, Robert Suber has finally graduated from Abraham Baldwin's Aeronautical College. Robert now plans to further his education in the field of Animal Aeronautics by workins on his Master's Degree, which he hopes to obtain by the turn of the century. Rosalyn Fletcher is now President of the Interplaneterial Space Bank. She wrote a book entitled A MILLION A MINUTE. Last, but not least, the senior class is proud to know that Wayne Shepard, our former class president, is continuing his leadership ability. He is now President of the Universe. Wayne now presides in his office in Greensboro, the capitol of the Universe. He plans to drop his work and attend our reunion. Twinkle, twinkle, little star, Now everyone knows who you are; Like a spaceship through the age; You're the class of '68. ”
