We are proud to offer the 1985 Greensboro College Seniors this small remembrance of their senior year. Although this is not the Echo you expected, we hope this will establish, in print, a record of your year. The contents include as many pictures of the seniors and events as we could find. Hopefully, each of you have your own special memories.

In Memorandum H Dr. Kemper L. Callahan Dedicated, loyal, and devoted are all words that describe a wonder- ful professor and man. Dr. Callahan was a true teacher who cared for his profession and especially his students. His last message sent to the faculty and staff at GC said, May you appreciate, as I always have, the jo y of a new day born into the light on the song of a bird. ■ Dr. Yancey Ted Medlin Dr. Y.L. Medlin was an active staff person, counselor and friend to the Greensboro College community. Serving as Academic Dean at G.C. for many years. Dean Medlin did more than his share of respon- sibilities. Besides making the final decisions in Academic Affairs, he was once found behind the cafeteria counter serving the students and quite often seen conversing with the students because he cared. In the beginning of the 1983 Spring Semester, Dean Medlin became the Chairman of the Education Department, teaching several courses. During his class, one could see the humor and care in this man. One word describes Dr. Medlin— DEVOTED. Thank you Dr. Medlin!
