By tasting defeat but once, the Academy proved they were one of the top teams in the state. The Grizzlies were led by Guard, Mel Lamm and Halfback, Bob Chess. Dean Stands and Arnold Clem showed the opposition a glittering array of plays while rolling up limitless scores.
