As we journeyed on our way we found that Henry Douty was still the janitor of the Greenleaf Reformitory. fPoor boy, he never got out!j We found that Bob fSisterj Fields was in a Catholic Monastary in France revising the ancient manuscripts. As we journeyed back to the States again we found Janette Hadley working in a plaque factory manufacturing plaques with the inscription: Give Us This Day Our Daily Brad. We also found that Marvin Jennings had slipped a little and was a skinny man in the circus. To end our flight we found that Arlene Oglevie had just broken 110 words per minute to win a local typing contest. Her partner, Donna Switzer, broke 80 but she was fined because she was in a 45 mile speed zone. Sl Illll MASS HISHIIIY Four years ago fifteen green crew members, Janette Hadley, Dick R.hoads, Neal Stanfield, Arnold Clem, Arlene Oglevie, Donna Switzer, Merle Comfort, Sam Morse, Mary Farner, Harlan Hull, Pat Caylor, Geraldine Tuning, Dale Sherman, David Nettleton and Jane Canard, climbed aboard the plane Bored of Education to start their journey through the Academy. We went through the Freshman year with fine weather and lots of good times aboard the plane. Our Sophomore year we were still flying high with some new crew members, Billy Hopper, Bob Chess, Margaret Kurtz, Mary Jo George, Marvin Jennings and Leroy Jeffery joining us. Jane and Bill left the crew at the end of the first semester. At the beginning of our Junior year Pat, Margaret, Harlan and Dale parachuted off and we picked up in our journey, Jane Canard again, along with Lois Ann Houston, Jeri Hanson, Thelma Batton and Henry Douty. There was great excitment aboard the plane when Grandad Stepped out. When we arrived at our Senior Year, our destination, three of our crew, Jeri, Jane and Geraldine, bailed out but we also picked up three new members to take their place. They were Bob Field, David Stuart and Fred Newkirk. We have reached the end of our journey through the Academy and we leave our best wishes to the future senior classes of good old G. F. A. 15

Sl lllll MASS PRIIPHICY We took a flight into the future just recently and there we saw the Senior Class of '53, You may not believe all that we saw but here is a summary of our trip. The first person we saw was Fred Newkirk, the former president of the Senior Class, and he was living in California raising carrots. He even won top honors in his profession and now has the title of Carrot King. We see, by looking at the streets of California, that Dick Rhoads, former Student Body President, is the president of the National Street Cleaners Association. Being lonesome on our flight we turned the radio on and who should we hear, but the voice of Neal Stanfield who is playing the part of Tarzan in the latest adventure thriller. We were landing at a New York airport when we suddenly noticed a sign board advertising Ipana Toothpaste. There we saw Lois Ann Houston giving her toothy smile and posing as Smilie for a living. We went to the foot races while stopped in New York and there we saw Eva O'Brien running the 100-yard dash in 10 seconds flat lon her face!Q Eva told us she had recently heard from David Stuart in California so we made a rush trip back to see him. There we discovered he had signed his second contract to play football for the Los Angeles Rams. While we were in the hills of Kentucky we looked Bob Chess up and found him married and running a Candy Shoppe for a living. During our flight we stopped over in Nashville, Tennessee and found Thelma Batton had joined Minnie Pearl in acting for the Grand Old Oprey. During our stop-over in Nashville who did we see but Mary Jo George running a freight elevator in a department store. Traveling on to Seattle we ran across Arnold Clem who was conducting turkey raffles as he owns a turkey farm. We flew to Hollywood to see a performance of Groucho Marx, but we were greatly surprised to see that Leroy Jeffery had succeeded Groucho and was playing in his place. Our next stop was at Minneapolis and we met David Nettleton there. We were very much surprised to see him as he had grown another foot. Most people only have two feet. Stopping in Greenleaf, for old times sake, we found that Sam Morse had grown a beard and was playing the part of Santa Claus in John R.obert's Department Store. As we left Greenleaf we flew to Nevada where we found Mary Farner who was raising sun flower seeds to support -- guess who! From Nevada we flew to Washington where we found Merle Comfort was running for President. QOf a hat firm. Q 14
