The many duties of the organization were carried out by officers, Don Lamm heading the list as president-business manager. The busiest man of all, no doubt, was our transportation manager, Orville Winters. The choir sang at about thirty different occasions during the year to an estimated six or seven thousand people. The demand for the choir was so great that many churches and organizations had to be turned down. The choir was given a Number 1 rating by all the judges at the District Music Festival. They were also invited to sing on the evetiing program, the only other choir being Boise High School. As we go to press th results of the State Festival at Twin Falls are unavailable. , The joys of singing and of choir tours are not to be' expressed in writing as any- one who has ever sung in a choir knows. Such was this 1950-51 choir year. mot-famizrtv 1.9 :A D
