EDWARD BILLINGSLEY Prinripal After receiving his Bachelor of Arts de- gree from Hanover College and his Masters in Arts from the University of Cincinnati, Mr. Billingsley taught chemistry and biology at Rising Sun High School in Indiana, Later he became principal of the Guilford High SchooL also in Indiana. In 1957 Mr. Bill- ingsley became principal of Greenhills High and in 1963 moved with the senior high to the new building. He also belongs to the National Association of Secondary School Principals, in which he has held the offices of viceepresident and secretary, and to the Greater Cincinnati Principals' DiSCussion Group. MR RICHARD WELLLIAN Auiimm Principal Throughout five years at Greenhills High, Mr. Wellman has established a reputation for patience and fairness in dealing with students for, as assistant principal, his chief duty is the regulation of student attendance and tardiness. During this past year he also served as the secretary-treasurer of the Greater Cincinnati Secondary School Princi- pal's Discussion Group. He received his Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, and Masters in Education degrees from the Uni- versity of Cincinnati. Before joining the administration at Greenhills, he taught busi- ness at Wyoming High School for thirteen vears.

Mr. Victor M. Fowler Auirlmzl Sixperiizleildent Before coming to Greenhills Mr. Fowler has been a high school teacher, the head of two school systems, and a member of the Education Department of Defiance College. In 1951 he was appointed principal of Greenhills High School and in 1959 was elevated to assistant superintendent. As principal he helped to organize the local chapter of the National Honor Society. Mr. Fowler has also been president of the Greater Cincinnati Principals' Discussion Group and 0f the Millcreek Valley Athletic Association.
