Fowler Auirlmzl Sixperiizleildent Before coming to Greenhills Mr. Fowler has been a high school teacher, the head of two school systems, and a member of the Education Department of Defiance College. In 1951 he was appointed principal of Greenhills High School and in 1959 was elevated to assistant superintendent. As principal he helped to organize the local chapter of the National Honor Society. Mr. Fowler has also been president of the Greater Cincinnati Principals' Discussion Group and 0f the Millcreek Valley Athletic Association. t-w Mr. Ray A. Young Silperintendent Mr. Young has been instrumental in the growth of the Greenhills School District since 1945. Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree from Manchester College and a Masters in Education from the University of Cincinnati, Mr. Young taught social studies and mathematics and acted as Super- intendent of Schools in Mason, Ohio, be fore coming to Greenhills. In 1951-52 he served as president of the Millcreek Valley Administrators Association. He was elected to the Executive Committee of the South- western Ohio Teachers Association in 1955. Three years later Mr. Young served as vice- president of the S.W.QT,A. and in 1959 became president. During Mr. Younghs ad- ministration, the Greenhills School System has grown from one to six buildings. The high school also qualified for admission to the North Central Association for Secondary Schools and Colleges in 1948. Mr. Young's interest in the development of Greenhills students is shown by his attendance at numerous school functions, his frequent visits during school hours, and his thoughtful messages to the school on such occasions as Christmas, Easter, and gradua- tnonh

EDWARD BILLINGSLEY Prinripal After receiving his Bachelor of Arts de- gree from Hanover College and his Masters in Arts from the University of Cincinnati, Mr. Billingsley taught chemistry and biology at Rising Sun High School in Indiana, Later he became principal of the Guilford High SchooL also in Indiana. In 1957 Mr. Bill- ingsley became principal of Greenhills High and in 1963 moved with the senior high to the new building. He also belongs to the National Association of Secondary School Principals, in which he has held the offices of viceepresident and secretary, and to the Greater Cincinnati Principals' DiSCussion Group. MR RICHARD WELLLIAN Auiimm Principal Throughout five years at Greenhills High, Mr. Wellman has established a reputation for patience and fairness in dealing with students for, as assistant principal, his chief duty is the regulation of student attendance and tardiness. During this past year he also served as the secretary-treasurer of the Greater Cincinnati Secondary School Princi- pal's Discussion Group. He received his Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, and Masters in Education degrees from the Uni- versity of Cincinnati. Before joining the administration at Greenhills, he taught busi- ness at Wyoming High School for thirteen vears.
