SENIOR DEDICATION DR. H. RAY BUCHANAN Dr. Flay Buchanan, known by many as Dr. B, has been an immeasurable asset to Greenhill. His career at Greenhill began in 1976 when the students of the class of 1980 were freshmen. Through these four years as our class sponsor, Dr. Buchanan has guided us with a special quality unique to him. Each member of this year's senior class looks to Dr. Buchanan with respect for the constant support and advice he has given us. As Head of the History Department, he has combined superior teaching skills with a sense of personal devotion, creating the finest History Department Greenhill has ever had. Whether students were fortunate enough to have had him as their teacher or to have gone to him for personal advice or a friendly chat, each recognizes the sincerity and knowledge he continually offers. For these reasons, and for the deep respect and gratitude we feel, the Senior Class of 1980 dedicates the 1980 edition of the Cavalcade to Dr. Ray Buchanan.
