HEADIVIASTER PHILLIP G FOOTE The position of headmaster carries with it a set of predetermined responsibilities. One of the many jobs of headmaster is to recruit and maintain a strong and qualified teaching staff. Mr. Foote thinks that the faculty should humanize education and make it possible for students to correlate what they have learned in class with experiences outside the classroom. He also feels, along with other members of the faculty, that the most rewarding experience in teaching is to see what happens to people you have helped after they have accomplished their goals. Although Mr. Foote takes a direct interest in students, faculty members, and administrators, he feels that the most important thing to remember while in an administrative position is to keep an overall perspective of Greenhill's aims and purposes. His most difficult task is to mold together the diverse elements of the school community in order to achieve GreenhiIl's goals. ,A 3 'ff' ' airs ,215 y?
