Lower School Facult Working with lower schoolers often poses some special challenges. The teachers have to help each student develop a desire to learn which must remain with the student for years to come. Even as early as the first grade, a student's strengths and weaknesses are evident. The teachers begin to encourage the students to pursue their interests. Helping them to express themselves is another challenge. Concerning their future education, the influence the lower school faculty has on the children is tremendous. we Maribfn Aaron - Speech Pathologist Agnes Baldwin - Creative Activities Genie Ballard - Third Grade Becky Choate - First Grade Sandy Cox - First Grade -g,x '7' , an V ,,f' I I icy, i Vgr .
