What he lacks in word power, however, he makes up in sincerity. He has a talent for occasionally making profound statements, Cooperation from him is not only found in the classroom but extends to the Senior Room, He is often found with broom in hand trying to clear away the debris in the Senior's Den. Tex, as Jerry is often called, is the typical long lean cowpoke. He underwent a long transition however from the corral to the football field, He has proven himself to be an able player and a great help to the team, With his quiet, amiable ways, Tex has won many friends, who are going to miss him when he leaves.
