Hard Hzttzng Hawks Although the Hawks finished with a con- ference record of three wins, three losses, and two ties and an overall record of four wins, three losses, and two ties, they fought hard with ambition and drive. Led by co-captains Ron Frahm, Keith Sawal- lich, and Dave Wipijewskig the team showed their Hawk spirit and pride by their valiant efforts. Two Hawk football players were chosen to be on the All-Con- ference roster. They were: Ron Frahm, who made the offensive and defensive teams, and Keith Sawallich, who received praise as an offensive end. Receiving hon- orable mention for their efforts were Gary Talatzko and Frank Szarzynski. Frahm also received the Most-Valuable Player award. Next year's captains were elected and they were John Christensen and Gary Kaszynski.
