WHRRIORS H AW K S OF W I-Illia-gl The various sections of the music department at GHS really worked hard to make 1971 a great musical year. The Esquires traveled to Eau Claire, where they were judged to be the seventh best stage band in the Midwest. The Senior band, besides march- ing at halftime during football games, performed in many con- certs. Halftimes during basketball season and special assemblies were livened up by the music of the Pep Band, under the leader- ship of Pat Guiney. The Junior band made their presence felt by helping out with concerts and wherever else they were needed.
