Each year, groups of people get togeth- er with a common interest. These groups are called clubs. Some of the clubs decide to show how their common interests link with their talents and par- ticipate in some type of show. Among these groups are the Aqua Fins and Orchesis. Practicing for their shows are shown the members of the Love Is . . . troupe and the modern dance show.

Sadie Hawkins The Sadie Hawkins dance, traditionally sponsored by the sophomore class, was held Saturday, October 31, 1970. According to custom, the girl asked the boy to go with her to the dance. At the dance, a Marryin' Sam was present to perform mock weddings. Two girls issued wedding licenses and sold weddings and rings to couples.
