Dick seems to take things in his stride and to accept life's problems in an easy going manner. RUSSELL ALMON BLANCHARD UDOCH Ambition - Printing Hobby - Sleeping and cute Favorite Saying - Wl1at's up, doc? girls Doc is a vocational student with a variety of interests. Besides his daily interest in the print shop, he builds model airplanes and plays some football. According to him, the remainder of his day is taken up with cute girls and with sleep- ing. With so many interests Doc should suc- ceed with one of them. RALPH JAMES BLODGETT RaIphie Ambition - Music Hobby - Music Favorite Saying - Don't know, do you? Music, Music, Music, seems to be Ralph's theme song. All during his high-school years, music has been his main interest. He has been a member of both the band and the orchestra this past year. HENRY BOGUSLAWSKI Henry Ambition - Store manager Hobby - Dancing Henry is one boy who has reason for not par- ticipating in many extra activities. All day he works diligently in the Vocational School, and, as soon as the 2:30 bell rings, he is on his way to the First National Store for a few hours more of work. Henry did find time last year, however, to give a good account of himself on an intramural basket- ball team. DOROTHY ANN BOHANAN t'Dotty Bo Ambition - Play piano in a big Hobby - Eddie dance band Favorite Saying - Hey! Dotty Bo has the honor of winning not only the 40- word bronze medal in typewriting but also the 50-word silver medal as well. Besides her excellence in school work, Dotty Bo has been active in extra activities, being a member of the Bowling Club and playing intramural basketball. CLAIRE GRACE BOISJOLIE 'Bobo Ambition - Secretary Hobby - Giving out pencils Favorite Saying - Gee Whiz to Jenny Claire, known as Bobo to her friends, is one of our commercial students. She has maintained a high scholastic standing in her school work at G.H.S. as shown by her many commercial awards. Among the latter are the forty, Efty, and sixty word medal awards. A member of Pro Merito, she has ushered at many affairs. Bobo has excellent qualifications for becoming a secretary.

PHILIP GORIZCN BARNES HP i .. Ambition - Girls Hobby - S. G Favorite Saying - No Phil is one of the members of the auto shop. Al- ways willing to lend a hand, Phil has even moved Mr. Watt's car. With a smile, he seems to take life in his stride. A certain S. G. seem to take up much of Phil's time. Phil should lead an exciting life, as he states that his ambition is girls. CATHERINE CLAIRE BARRETT Mert Ambition - To travel Hobby - Tuesday night club Mert is a good sport who can always be de- pended upon. Dramatics have taken up a good part of her time. Remember Mrs. Waughop in Meet Me in St. Louis ? Claire took an active part in Dramatic Club, as well as the ticket com- mittee for the football dance. Also, in her Sopho- omore year, she played intramural basketball. If you heard Oh no, not thatl , the odds were that Mert was close behind. THERESA EVELYN BARRY Terry Ambition - To be a nurse Hobby - Rollerskating Favorite Saying - How about that Being on several committees, Terry has done her part toward helping in these affairs. A member of the Dramatic Club during her Junior and Senior years, she has also been in the Glee Club and played intramural basketball. Much of her spare time is spent in roller- skating. As nursing is 'tTerry's chosen career, we wish her luck in this field. ANN BEAUMONT Beaver Ambition - Secretarial work Hobby - U. of M. Favorite Saying - Piffle Ann's interests in high school include the Exponent , softball, field hockey, and intra- mural basketball. Beaver has been active on dance committees and a member of the Dramatic Club. She has also been a member of the Glee Club and of the Costume committee for the Sen- ior Play. She was chairman of her homeroom in her Junior year. THERESA JOAN BERGERON Berg Favorite Saying - Dirty Work Afoot. I was drunk last night, dear mother . . . Yes, we'll never forget Theresa's great scene as Agnes in our Senior Play this year. Nor shall we forget her many other activities, which include the Glee Club, the Dra- matic Club, and the Club '50 dance committee. Theresa has also received the Theory Certificate, the 5 min. 60 Certificate, and the O.G.A. Certificate in shorthand and has been awarded the 40-word bronze medal in typewriting. Lastly, she also played intra- mural basketball in her Sophomore and Junior years. HELLEN BERRY Beast Hobby - Driving a car Hellen picked up the peculiar nickname of Beast , as she would say to someone You beast. Hellen's hobby is driving C?l a car. We can well understand the question mark! Hellen has played intramural basketball three years, intramural field hockey her Sophomore and Junior years, and field hockey three years. She was in the Glee Club one year, Exponent one year, and Dramatic Club two years. Besides these, Hellen has also been on the Sympathy committee, the football dance committee, and the yearbook committee.

FREDRICK RAYMOND BRISTOL Freddie Ambition - Stay single Hobby - Skiing Favorite Saying - Ah, your father's mustache. Freddie, a Commercial student, is easily remembered for his ready grin and quick wit. He played intramural basketball in his Junior year. While a Sophomore, Freddie was a member of the Camera Club. If Freddie keeps away from girls, he will realize his ambition. PAUL JEROME BURDICK Tracy Ambition - Make good in aviation Hobby - Model Favorite Saying - How 'bout dat! airplanes Tracy is another member ofthe class of 1950 who has been prominent in extra activities as well as in the classroom. He has been very active in sports, playing football for three years and being a mem- ber of the track squad for two years. Also, Tracy has been a member of the Camera Club and has served as Chaplin of theiHi-Y organization. Fi- nally, he has been a member of the Stage Club and has assisted on the Art and Photography com- mittees of the Emerald. ROBERT JOSEPH BURNISKI .. 00 ,, Ambition - Ski like Snapper Hobby - Women Favorite Saying - Who's got a butt? Little can be said about Nook that isn't already known. We hear he played a little football Qthree years, to be exactj and led our class through our first years at G.H.S. Besides being Co-Captain of football, Nook has played intramural basketball two years. He has also served on several dance committees. CHARLES WILLIAM BURR Twig Ambition - To be a com- Hobby - Drawing, sports mercial artist Favorite Saying - Good Lord Another print shop fellow is Twig. Al- though he has not been too active in school, he makes up for it by being a member of Company L National Guard. His talent in art should help him fulfill his ambition to become a commercial artist. DOROTHY MAE CALL HDOC., Ambition - To be a doctor Hobby - Sewing and Favorite Saying - For pete's sake designing As Dorothy just arrived at Greenfield High School this past year, she has not had an opportunity to make herself known in extra-curricular fields. Nevertheless, she has made many friends in her short time here, and she will probably make many more in the years to come.
