JUNIOR HIGH BAND VVe proudly present the junior high band, a brandanew organization boasting twenty-three members. They recently inherited uniforms given to them by the Official Race Band when it recaved new ones. The training received by them during their seventh and eighth laps will prove valuable in later years. GIRLS' CHORUS The girls' chorus has participated in various activities, some of which are: Our Christmas Program, County Festival, Spring Festival, and an exchange program with Morton Memorial. Mrs. Everett Coffman, as the new director, guided our chorus smoothly through the year. It has been one of the colorful highlights in this display of talents. PARADE of MUSIC and COLOR The band entertained us at the Christmas Program, Senior Play, and football games. They took part in the State Band Contest and County Music Festival. We're proud of our parade of music. Our band and string orchestra add increased excitement and vividness to the prelude of the big race. This is the first year G. H.
