The theme, Come to the Circus, was used in decorations, program, table appointments and favors, The gymnasium was decorated to resemble the interior of a circus tent and a merry-go-round formation formed the orchestra pit. A circus lion welcomed the guests at the door and clowns, Marilyn Williams and Guyla Range, furnished enter- tainment during the banquet nad program. James Williams, ringmaster, served as toastmaster. The invocation was given by Robert Morrowg welcome, by Ronnie Darr, president of the junior class: and the senior response by Louise Grubb. Specialty numbers were given by high school students: Nadine Long, Betty Armstrong, and Donald Sam- ples, gypsy dance, and Ramona Houlette, Mary Spencer, Neil Hou- lette, Leta Lou Coonrod and Ruth Jouett, vocal selections of circus' songs. Chorus ringmaster was Johnny Longmeyer. Connie Witt was prom chairman assisted by Phylis Arbuckle, Ganelle Wagner, Barbara Meyer, Garra Rath- geber, Amelia Burger, J. Willis, Bill Norris, Virginia Scott, Donald Ed- wards and Carole Kinser. Mothers off the junior class students served the banquet. Mrs. Lee Witt was committee chairman.
