DEDICATIO i We, the Annual Staff, are proud to dedicate the 1957 Green and White to Mr. Vern Gard. During the eight years hehas taught here, he has become recognized as a superior teacher. His students of the past and present are aware of the sotmd training they have received. He has shown keen interest in the science department by adding new equipment and setting high standards of achievement. His interests are not limited to teaching only. He has also shown enthusiasm for all other activities of the school and has been willing and eager to be of assistance in these activities in any way possible. He has been chosen as one of the class sponsors each year he has taught here and the last several years has been the senior class sponsor. He performs his duties of sponsorship thoroughly at all times. He is ever ready to counsel those who ask for guidance. His wise counseling is greatly appreciated by everyone. We wish to thank you, Mr. Gard, for the many things you have done to benefit Greene High School. May your future be happy and successful.
