TENNIS TEAM Bob Cook, Frank Huestis, Bob Bills, Bob Agnew, jimmy Hurst, Don Agnew, and Harold Decker. 7eauu9i So far this year the tennis team has not had any matches with other schools. However. last fall, Bob Agnew, in competition with other schools in the South Central Conference, won the singles championship for the third straight year. Wi This year G. H. S. has a golf team of which it should be proud. In competition with other schools throughout the state, the team has been unbeaten, with the exception of a tie with Howe of Indianapolis. Their victory string includes two wins each over Franklin, Brazil, and Gerstmeyer of Terre Haute, single wins over Wiley of Terre Haute, and Bloomington. However, this is not the outstanding accomplishment of the year. The outstanding feat of the season was the winning of the South Central golf championship held at Speedway golf course May 17. Nice going, boys. GOLF TEAM Left to Right: Tommy Hard- wick. O. Stewart, Keith Lyon. Carroll Hammond. Harold Quebeman. Safzfltall vm, Kneeling: Don Goodman. liranlx Huestis, Bob Agnew, Paul Giddings.
