FCREWORD o Endeavoring to make this year's Minaret a success, nat- urally, we hope that it will interest you now and many years hence. If, as you glance through the pages for the first time, it presents a vivid picture of the past year, the bottom step of our goal has been reached. In years to come when each of you is busy in your particular path of life, if this book can again recall pleasant memories of bygone days spent in work and play with the students and teachers of G. H. S., our goal has been attained. Then and only then can We judge correctly the real success of this book.
