The Art Club The Art Club was organized and sponsored by Miss Knudson. This year's activities were learning more about art handicrafts. The officers were: President, Paul Chenowethg Vice- President, Glen Crawleyg Secretary, Eleanor Bintz. Photography Club Under the direction of Mr. Stew- art, the club has had a very suc- cessful year in the study of the principles of photography. The of- ficers are: President, Paul Bintzg Vice-Pres- ident, Bob Wallaceg Secretary- Treasurer, Mary Lou Hammond. The Book Club The Book Club, sponsored by Miss XValls, has stressed through outside speakers the value of read- ing as an integral part of our lives. The officers are: Prseident, Evelyn Alleeg Vice- President, Myron Kingg Secretary and Treasurer, Elisabeth Northrop. lndustrial Arts Club The Industrial Arts Club is made up of high school boys interested in the industrial World. The officers are: Chester Trout, James Heavens, and George Davis. Sponsor, Mr. H. A. Thomas. Dramatics Club Miss DeMoss was sponsor for the first semesterg Miss McGaughey, second. Several plays have been produced this year and presented at club meetings. Officers are: President, Juaima Donnohueg Vice-President, Marilyn Stewartg Secretary, Lois Fordg Treasurer, Jeannette Campbell.

Health Clubs .. Girl Scouts U Travel Club l'lEALTI'l CLUB The G. H. S. Club QGirls' Health Clubj , sponsored by Miss Kestner, has enjoyed several interesting and worthwhile programs this year. The officers are: President, Iva Surberg Vice-President, Norma Yorkg Secretary, Floy Neier. GIRL SCOUTS The Girl Scouts are divided into two troops, junior and senior. Officers for the junior troop are: Captain, Marjorie Mclntyreg Treasurer, Betty Brooks. Senior troop officers are: Captain, Mrs. Newgentg Patrol Leader, Maxine Surberg Ass't. Patrol Leader, Betty Greenleafg Secretary, Mary Knollg Treasurer, Elizabeth Smith. TRAVEL CLUB Through outside speakers, slides, and reports, the club has had a very interesting program about different countries of the world. Club officers for the last year were: President, Donald Bootyg Vice-President, Dennis Harroldg Secretary, Cassel Tuckerg Treasurer, Bob Harlan. BOYS' HEALTH CLUB The activities of the Boys' Health Club have been devoted to general health instruc- tion and demonstrations through slides, lectures. and field trips. The officers are: Su- pervisor, Marion Crawleyg President, Maynard Hutsong Vice-President, Clifford Ruffg Secretary and Treasurer, Noman Hill.

Gikxaflub ' Forum Club i Band i GLEE CLUBS The Girls' and Bovs' Glee Clubs are s onsored bv Mr. Umfleet and are tauvht bv 1 , C 4 College practice teachers. Although the clubs are not very large, they have proved quite successful and have given some very entertaining convocations. FORUM CLUB This club is really not a regular school club since it meets in the evening but the members are juniors :md seniors of the high school. The officers are: Sponsor, Mr. Hagang Chairman, Marian Eilisg Secretary, Marian Yinger. BAND Under the direction of Mr. Bergethon, the band has advanced very rapidly this year. Most of the members are young and have several years of study before they grad- uate. Bancl officers are: President, jack McCartneyg Vice-President, Paul Bintzg Secre- tary, John Galeg Student Director, Marion Sellers.
