Seventh and Eighth Grades U We have all taken or must take the step these energetic Junior I-Ii's are complet- ing. The guidance of Mrs. Stratton and Miss Vaughan, seventh grade sponsors, and Miss Throop and Mr. Hagan, eighth grade sponsors, has thus enabled these groups to advance one step farther toward success. Both the seventh and eighth grades have contributed to the success of the Senior Carnival, Junior High Basket Ball Team, the Band, and also there are those little maidsv who blend their voices into the Junior Choiru. Through the interest of a group of students of Miss Vaughan's home room a Hobby Club has been organized which meets on regular club days. The eagerness to do has resulted in accom- plishments. An attempt to have class officers, which proved to be unsuccessful, resulted in the eighth grade's choosing a committee to attend to the entertainments throughout the year. Each of the classes is divided into two sections, each section having its own extra curricular activities. ' 1 -
