The student body proudly elected Miss Joycelyn Williams as Miss Green Oaks for 1985-86. Joycelyn was elected for her outstanding contributions to the school through academics and ex¬ tracurricular activities. Joycelyn was active in the Speech and Drama Club, National Honor Society and Student Coun¬ cil. She served as head cheerleader and was a four year member of the squad. Her sparkling eyes and win¬ ning smile always seem to cap¬ tivate the heart of the students and faculty. Lower Left: Joycelyn assists Dawn with an assignment. Mr. And Miss Green Oaks Stevie B. Grundy was elected Mr. Gree n Oaks by the stu¬ dent body because of his easy going manner, concern for his fellowman and as one who best exemplifies the GO spirit. The senior class elected him Most Likely to Succeed and the Most Handsome guy in their class. Stevie was an active young man about the campus. He was a member of the Foreign Language Club, COE, FBLA and a student council representative. Stevie has many hobbies and interests. His latest is politics, which he developed during attendance at Bayou Boys’ State in 1985. He reigned with Miss Green Oaks during Homecoming.

Coronation Of Mr. And Miss GO In an evening of excitement and enchantment the Green Oaks Royalty was Crowned. Stevie Grundy, Mr. Green Oaks reigned in all his glory.
