SCIENCE Science is a very important subject to many people, mainly those that wish to learn about their surroundings, life ln itself, and how many complicated Things work. Green Mountain has an excellent Science De- partment, and much can be learned in any of the various classes offered. Each subject is taught in different levels of comprehension in Physics, Biol- ogy, Chemistry, Unified Science, Physical Science, and Earth Sci- ence. AII are valuable in their contents, if science is a subject that you like. Even if you don't like science, several classes, such as Earth Science or Biology, are two very interesting classes and are not as difficult as Chern- istry or Physics. Sm Di QW 'S BUSINESS The Business Department of Green Mountain is an extremely valable section of our school. Through Business classes, stu- dents can develop good typ- ing, shorthand, and accounting techniques, which will aid them in the future as employees. The skills of typing can also be an immense help in doing home- work and reports quickly and neatly. Through the years, D.E.C.A. and F.B.L.A., two business clubs, have become very important organizations to Green Mtn. High, Thanks to the Business De- partment, we can purchase food, drinks, and school supplies from the school store, which is run by D.E.C.A. members. The Business Department of Green Mountain should no be underestimated in its value, and without this important part of our school, many students would have a lot of truble in fu- ture.
