These hard working individuals rehearsed during sevenTh hour and gave up four hours of Their SaTurday mornings To make The greaTesT marching band Green MounTain has ever had. They placed firsT aT The Jefferson CounTy Band lnviTa- Tional, second aT The Colorado WesT lnviTaTionaI aT Grand JuncTion, fifTh aT The Colorado Band MasTers asso- ciaTion in Boulder and sevenTh aT Englewood Band Day. They have also parTicipaTed in Lakewood on Parade and were The leading uniT in The Homecoming Day Parade. MosT of The people in pep band are in marching band buT They can come from any of our oTher fine bands. The band is sponsored by Mr. FulTe and Mr. WalTman of our music deporTmenT. We owe special Thanks To The pep band for giving The games and pep assemblies an exTra lifT. Led by CapTains Kim Ryan and Carmie Sherlock, The Green MTn. High School Color Guard added brillianT color and precisely execuTed drills To The Marching Rams show. The guard also compeTed during The winTer in color guard compeTiTions.
