A J The friendly seventh grade teacher with the ready smile is Mrs. Winn. She has taught at Greely for the past few years and built up a reputation of being a capable and likable person. She really knows her first - aid, so if we ever have any cuts or bruises, we don't walk - - we run to find Mrs. Winn and get her assistance. t. View DM gt 615 9 U5 wtf Mr. Stetson directs all musical activ - ities at Greely. The Gilbert 8a Sullivan operettas are the biggest attraction. They're lots of fun to put on and the town folks seem to enjoy them too. In fact, Mr. Stet.son's pleasing personality and patient way make all his classes enjoyable. MRS. FARWELL I E Q I r I If everyone were as ready with a smile and a friendly word as Mrs. Chase, the boys wouldn't be deciding whether it is better to be sea - sick in the Navy or to suffer broken arches in the infantry. From reliab1e sources we have leamed that even the Marines are bidding for the male chefs she has trained. MI, Brownrigg is the new and popular teacher who replaced Mr Merrill. He is doing a fine job of coaching girls! swimming and basketball. We look forward to chemistry because once in a while he gives the Jaffe book a rest and goes off on a tangent about Navy Life , or one of those Friends who -------- ? his agriculture classes a little more active.
