Dedication Education does not mean teaching people what they do not know ... It is a painful, continual and difficult work to be done by warning, by precept, and by praise; but above all by example. Ruskin Certainly an example of a man dedicated to providing quality education is our own Superintendent- Director William Collins. Mr. Collins shows a keen interest in everything pertaining to our school. He is ever- ready to assist members of the staff and student body in problems that are encountered. His supervision is inspirational to us all. Indeed, Mr. Collins enhances the stature of Greater Lowell Regional by instilling the seeds of thought into the impressionable minds of those who know him. Just as we salute the class of 1977, we salute you, Mr. Collins, on your first year as Superintendent-Director. Like our 1977 graduates, our hope is that you have only just begun.
