HOP ENGLISH Ill STUDENTS Io Kattan, Hose- mary Hughes, Mary Louise Harkness and Iulian Fine read about famous authors dis- played on bulletin board. 'WI R .3 gil LATHE OCCUPIES INTEREST ot lim Haias. Lester Clark, lim Barloclc and Ierry Susa. When a student leaves Latrobe High School after a four year course, he has knowledge stored away for use in many fields. For example, the English classes: here a student requires a knowledge of our standard language. The results are not always visible. but their absence is keenly felt. A class such as General Science, teaches the pupil to think for himself. When one finishes such a course, he leaves able to cope with many problems. ln shop classes, the boys, by means of manual labor, produce actual finished products. Here they receive an education that will be profitable to them after finishing school. And so Latrobe High School continues to turn out young men and women with well- rounded educations.
