O'Connor and lames Devorick From the ringing of the first bell to dismissal time, the assistant principals were busy doing their job. Attendance was checked, programs set up, student records kept, and disciplinary action taken when necessary. Mr. Richard O’Connor and Mr. James Devorick, our two assistant principals, kept everything running smoothly as the school year marched on. Their job was not easy, but it was always done well and to the advantage of the school.
