About 65 students and fac- ulty commuted to the Institute in the West Lan- sing Church of Christ bus. On the final two evenings the Greiner Avenue Church of Christ in Detroit housed the entire group. It was a deeply moving, spiritual experience. It gave those who attended an opportunity to find new insights into God's Word and apply those truths to everyday problems. There were more than 11, OOO people present. The speaker for all of the sessions was Bill Gothard, who developed the con- cept of the Institute. -if 'i 'JA . - Q f 1 - ' ig ly . j L 2 fr A - ' Mirror, Mirror on the wall, ah, forget it. Some will make you laugh, while others will let your imagination run wild. But, all of these faces are of God's child- ren. The year contained moments of victory, as well as, defeat. As a student body we attained many goals and had good examples set for us by the faculty. It was a year filled with humerous memories which each will cherish in his own special way. KERGYMA CLUB The Kerygma Club is the preacher's club. It is a voluntary meeting of those students who are inter- ested in the preaching ministry. Each week a different student preaches to the other students who are present. Then the listening students are asked to evaluate his message and offer suggestions for improvement.
