During our freshman and sophomore years, We operated concession stands and produced a successful one-act play in both years. When We became juniors, the Iunior-Senior Prom proved to be the most successful project of our four years. 'The three-act play, The King Rides By, was also a huge success. As We became seniors in our fourth and final year, We took over the production of the Rhorea, which has proved itself a big project. In the spring, the annual class picnic was enjoyed by all. During our four years We have been ably sponsored by Mr. Shultis, Miss Speer, Mr. Elder, Mr. Kline, Mr. Coulson and Miss Cathcart. Now that our journey is over, there will undoubtedly be many pleasant memories which will be long remembered. 12 w A A X . 'K K . V . N fa I K I F W ,L hw fe. We have gone through the year's activities under the guidance of our juniors' sponsors: Mr. Lodle, Miss Friebus, Miss Unruh, and Mr. Marsh. Our class has been in charge of numerous activities, has given a miscel- laneous talents assembly, a three act play, Snafu, and have been hosts and hostesses to the seniors in a very successful prom in April. Looking back at our accomplishments we shall look forward to our last year in high school and hope it will be as successful. . -Charles Naylor Secretary 23 First Row L-R. However, a post-season game with Lawrence, mythical state champions and winners of 25 straight games, proved their downfall. They completed an undefeated league schedule and stuck the league championship under their belts, with Stafford second, Pratt third, Dodge City fourth and Lamed in the cellar. In non-league games, they beat Hoisington and won a close one-from Emporia 7-6. They rode over Hays 39-0 and wound up their regular season with a 33-8 win over Russell and a 58-0 win over Lyons, thus bringing to a close the most successful season in the last decade. 41 I 5 it W. 21:1 6 '- .
