remembering that eventful day in P.E. of 1972, immediately pick Jane up and carry her off to be locked in the equipment room. There is a lot of commotion over in another corner of the gym. Everyone looks to find that it's only Micki Stinnett and Jeff Tate having one of their knock-down drag-out fights over the best kind of Home Hair Straightener. Jeff Is now a marriage counselor, helping many young couples solve their marital problems. Micki has become a warden in Joliet prison and is doing a fantastic job counseling the inmates. Many of our old classmates have come through quite a bit to get here. Carl Garner rode his bicycle all the way from California where he has taken over the voice of Yogi Bear. PFC Steve Willett has gone AWOL just to attend this sentimental gathering. Richard Williams has come all the way from Rainy City Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where he is employed as a weatherman. Unable to attend is Jack Cox, who is presently in Newgate Prison for making obscene phone calls to Queen Elizabeth. David Graham is in Washington, D.C. meeting with President Kissinger, trying to devise a solution to the energy crisis, with the help of his trusty calculator. At the end of the reunion, Don Riley, well-known karate expert, suddenly remembers Jane’s dilemma and knocks down the equipment room door. Jane, suffering from lack of oxygen, is aided by Joyce Leathers, owner of a large chain of pharmacies across the nation, who quickly supplies needed pills and medication. Once again, as on our graduation night in 1974, we regret leaving all of our fellow classmates. However, we have had a good visit, and the memories of this reunion will linger on in the hearts of all those who were fortunate enough to attend.
