Choir Presents Annual Christmas Performance The Viking Choir along with a brass choir, pres- ented their annual Christmas Concert Dec. 15, in the college auditorium. Under the direction of Boyd Whitworth the choir presented songs of the Christmas tide. The brass choir was directed by Dr. Charles McAdams. Selections by the choir included I'll Set My Love to Music, I Will Extol, and Thee and Jesus Walked This Lone- some Valley. The Brass choir performed numbers including Mary's Soliloquy, Carol of the Ital- ian Pipers, 'Caribbean Carol, A Child This Day ls Born, Rejoice, O' Jerusalem, and Noel, Noel. During the year the choir participated in several events. Six members were selected to perform in Choir members combine their talent to sing A Child This Day Is Born. Boys Dorm The Boys Dorm provides room- ing and boarding facilities for up to '70 Grayson boys. Dorm activity is usually centered around the tel- evision lounge or an individual study area in each room . Shuttle bus service provides transportation from the West Campus where the dorm is located, to classes on the East Campus. The dorm's five member coun- cil meets bi-monthly and consid- ers matters of importance to the dormitory and its occupants.
