The purpose of the Student Affairs Congress is to promote student leadership, to allow avenues of complaint and suggestions, and act as a go- between for students and fac- ulty. The activities sponsored by this group are: Western Week, dances, concerts, homecoming, and a Spring Activities Day in April which is a 1950's day. They also plan a Chess Tournament after spring break, and will sponsor another concert this spring. There are 13 elected mem- bers of the group. Also each club on campus has a repre- sentative who attends the S.A.C. meetings and has voting privileges.
