Sleve is only +he second looy cheerleader in GCC's hislory. The lirsl' was Jim Bray in I966. Freshman cheerleader Mary Lou Dusek showed her lruslra- lion as lhe Vikings dropped anolher conference game. The Viking cheerleaders allended every game during lhe 7I-72 season and cheered lor The hard slruck Viking leam. There were many close ones and many losses buf lhe cheerleaders re- mained loyal fans and supporlers. Sponsor for fhe 7l-72 cheerleaders was Mary l-lamilfon.
