STUDENT COUNCIL G. C. H. S. students look forward to school wide student council elections which are held in the spring of the year. Campaigns are well organized, including all the fanfare, slogans, and buttons used by the major political parties. The student council was very active this year. They began by planning an exciting Homecoming weekend. During the school year, they sponsored many dances. A most successful Clothing Drive was sponsored by the Student coun- cil, also.
