We're really streamlined . . . even have a new telephone booth. That's so the freshmen can call up the ofiice in case they get lost. Our colored walls are pretty sharp, too. Gay colors for gay kids-yum! Sept. 19-First football game. Rams vs. St. Mary's. Stickles' Stoppers stomps out a victory. That 80 yd. run by Stang, a super kick-off by Peterson, and a touchdown by Doc . What'a game! ! and What'a day-4000 in the shade-whew! Oct. 4-Ah! yes, that dinner party, with all the green and white trimmingsg plus the first dance of the year given by the Sophs. Lotsa' fun, kids- Hmmm! off to a fine start. Oct. 17--Everyone is soooo mysterious about the Hoats. The senior's is in the bus garage. Cwe peekedj People are hammer-happy around here and have that crepe paper gleam in their eyes. Gee, we can hardly wait-By the way, these happy people are just on float committees. Oct. 24-Bon fire and Grayslake's first snake dance. The ol' ghost town is waking up now! Oh-my aching arms! Yep. the dance was sure successful. Now to tuck ourselves in early for the big day tomorrow. See, Ya! Rams Oct. 25!-HOMECOMING DAY. Floats with grave stones, a live ram, '49ers, and pretty girls, made up an exceptionally successful parade. The band too-whew! What a walk. The game and dance found everyone wearing their best Pepso- dent smile and extending a hearty welcome to ourfirstalumni. Ram's Rendezvous -sure was! Nov. 10-Something beautiful and rare! Our first assembly program. Mr. Williams a noted harpist, played several enlightening selections. Ahhh! Dream, Dream-dreammmm Nov. 17-It's a wonderful experience and a lot of fun. TWIRP WEEK! Good hunting, girls, and good luck you Cpoorl boys. Quit hiding, we won't hurt you. Ha Nov. 27-Thanksgiving vacation-ahhh. Need we say more ? ? ? ? Dec. 9-Six week's report cards. Ah, a fatal blow- quick someone, this is strictly for the birds. Dec. 20- Wonderland Whit! the first annual winter formal. The gym took on a gay winter wonderland atmosphere with Santa, tree, and all the trimmings. Everyone was there! Collegiates, too. My what a dreamy band, we swooned too. Everyone was put into a gay mood for the holi- days to come. MERRY CHRISTMAS jan. 5-A hazy Monday after our happy holidays. Those senior girls sure say their holidays were complete! CFreshies are in a daze too!D lan. 9-Roll on you Rams! Our first roller skating party. What fun! Hey, what'cha bringing pillows for? ? ? ? joke!

All our fine feathered friends fand teachers tooj attended the last home after-game dance sponsored by the EMERALD the BURD- BEAT . A Tweet! Feb. 28-Another fatal blow for the Males! . . . a Tournabout dance sponsored by the Sophs. Schmoo was there! Mar. 19-Aww! . . . isn't he cute! Everyone wants to hold him. Yep . . . it's the little fuzzy dog the homerooms earn if they sell the most magazines. Everyone sure did a fine job . . . a little more needed green stuff for the EMERALD. Mar. 29-Back from Easter vacation . . . ha . . . everyone has egg salad sandwiches . . . bromo- seltzer, please.
