After the play the famous dance team composed of the Hercks, who are under the supervision of that noted dancing instructor, Lou Mathews, will interpret the music composed by Dolly Rouse. Following that, I see a great singer, one who has won fame recently, Martha Savage. The master of ceremonies is to be that juvenile actor, Lansing Holden. I see among the audience Miss Blossom Rogers, the celebrated aviatrixg Senorita Lydia Ramirez, the famous Mexican actress, a noted eye doctor, Barbara Stephens, and one of the leaders of the social world, our Florence Nimick. Our younger set will be represented by Elizabeth Speed, Marie Wilder' and Elizabeth Henderson, debutantes of last month. I see also that da1'k, fascinating young lady, Miss Diane Pitman. Up front I see a special box reserved for the holder of the Woman's National Duck Shooting Championship, Miss Marjorie Burrelle. Mary Parmenter is going to cover this per- formance for the newspaper, being the reporter of the day, and Mar- guerite Sylva, the outstanding dramatic critic, will also be present. You look tired out, Kitty, but please tell me some more about the Gray Court girls. t'l'll tell you about our famous political friends in Wi1SlllIlgt0I1. Gladys IVeller is leading a happy married life and living in Virginia. Dotty Malatesta is assistant to Mrs. Abell and Lois McIntyre is posing for Pepsodent. Little Dorothea NVoodling is June Melville's outstand- ing Latin pupil, and I see Marjorie Fox, who has just returned from Mexico. Betsy Statford is doing such great work in history that she plans to major i11 that subject when she goes to college. My! Kitty, how time has changed us. And you, what are your plans? Have you given up your ambition to make the Olympic swim- ming team?l' 'tlndeed not! After this month I will have made enough money to give up my work here and go out to California to start training again with my team. This was done for a pastime and also for a little extra money.
