Cfdzid Maier Just twelve short years ago we entered the furst grade Slnce that fIrst day at school our llves have been fIlled wIth heartaches and happIness good tImes and bad tImes but through all thus each day wnll be a cherlshed memory Our fIrst two or three years were spent on readIng wrltlng and arIthmetIc Then we learned there was more to school than study Ing every year we always looked forward to our Easter Egg Hunts and partves at Chrlstmas Thanksgwung and Halloween Next IU our fourth fIfth and slxth years of school we began to study geography hlstory and health These sublects were harder but It dndnt take us long to master them We Indeed began to feel grown up when we entered hugh school Our class Increased In SIZE and there were many new faces due to the fact that students from Greenpond and Eden Grammar Schools lolned us The greatest event of all that year was changlng classes Page Twel e In our Freshman and Sophomore years we had the grand new experlence of golng to the State FaIr Also by being Invlted some lucky p ople got an early gllmpse of what a Jumor Sensor Banquet was luke At last the long awalted tnme came we were .lunIors What fun we had gettIng out of classes to work on our Halloween Carnlval and our Junnor Senior Banquet Then came our play We practlced some durlng school but mostly at nnght After dress rehearsal Mrs Moore our sponsor entertaIned us wIth a party Now we feel very very Important because we are Dngnufued Senlors The fnrst thnng we tackled was gettIng ads for our annual It was fun but a lot of hard work went along wIth that fun Thus last year has been fIlled to the brIm Wlfh work play and fun The hardest 'ob of all was gettIng the paper out on tIme Agam all of us had a chance to show our dramatIc abullty In our Sensor Play Alas though all thIs has come to an end and eyes are dvmmed by tears Our Gradua tlon Day IS at hand and we must say good bye to our frlends teachers and all the many good trmes we have had In school Class Hrstonans JEAN OWINGS SHIRLEY BOLT O - 1 1 I e . . 1 l ' ' . , . . . , . 1 1 1 I 1 . 1 ,, . .. . ,, . . 1 1 - 1 D I 1 1 - 1 1 I I . ., . . 1 1 - 1 1 . 1 . . , .
