CAM WW Dear Faculty and Undergraduates of the Grantsvllle High School' we have called you to assemble here as a solemn duty that you, the heirs and assigns of our respected clients, the class of 1952, may hear her last will and testament, whlch, as her legal advlsor, we drew, as directed by her, lm ediately prior to her passing from our presence Because of this, lf any sllght dlscrepancies or apparent injustice of partlality should appear to you in the distribution of her affects, we trust you will pardon it and realize it 15 caused not by exhaustion of our brain, never over to robust May we, as well as my lamented clients, entreat that you TOCGIVG your respectlve legociles ln the spirit of unselfish friendship with which they were given? We shall appreciate your courteous attention while we read this duty attested will To our dear old school building itself, we leave the peace ful Quiet caused by our absence and we also leave to any in terested people the books that fly out the windows ever so often and the wads of gum, or crumpled notes we may have left about To our principle, Mr Glenn and the faculty we leave a box we also leave the Junior Class our good luck and well known nerves, whlch they will need next year in the new high school To our good frlends, the bophomore Class, we leave our patience lt will be found useful as the only means by whlch they can endure the Juniors To the Freshmen we bequeath our way to get ln and out of trouble wlth out being caught and sent to the office To the Eighth Grade, lt will be noticed that, although we have left bequeaths to the Juniors, soon to be beniors, to the Sophmores, soon to be Juniors and to those who will in the fall become Freshmen We have left them nothing, because by that t1me their self valuation will have nothing in our possession would be regarded by them as worthy of their distinction To the Glee Club and the Band our ability to watch the leader and the audience at the same time We may have lost a measure or sxlpped a beat in the music occasionally but we never mlssed anythlng or anybody ln the audience bhirley ramp bequeaths her ability to get along well with the teachers to those who need it George Bittner leaves his bass voice to an eighth grade student, Frankie Turner Velma Arnold wills her slimness to Freda Hutzel ' i of Hhleenex,H to dry their tears caused by our departure.
