WORD Our high S chool days run swiftly by and though parting maybe sweet, these remem- brances will be treasured in our hearts. It is only as we approach graduation and look back that we realize how much these memories mean . . . Memories filled with vi c to r y a nd defeat, happiness and sorrow, ecstacy and depression. Our moments of reverie are over and soon we mus t take our places in life. As we separate and go each in his own way to seek happiness and success, may this GRANNA- WAYNE be alink with the past and its well- worn pa g e S loved for the memories they hold. Good luck to e a ch Senior and our Under- classmen as well. T 1 .. .4 9 I' s

It is our sincere wish that this 1958 GRANNA- WAYNE may b ring to mind many vivid thoughts of the friends whom you want to rememberand of the high school activities in which you have participated. Let us, the Senior Class, reminisce 'over the past yea r s and recall the memories. Souvenirs of our class parties, the Junior play, our Junior-Senior banquet and all the s ta rs we glued ong the rose thorns stuck in our fingers after fixing the garlands for Cla s s Nightg and last but not least is the way the water tank looked with Seniors of 1958 written inhugh black letters! These are facts now as we go from class to class but soon they will be only vague memories.

WE DEDICATE... TO OUR PARENTS, OUR GUIDING LIGHT The Senior Class of Nine te e n-hundred and fifty-eight de- dicates this affectionate tribute, our annual, to the people we hold dearest, our parents. It is you who have made our ed- ucation possible. Many times we have strayed from the right path, but you were there with confidence and assurance to guide us back again. As we stand he re on the threshold of a new life, we pause for a moment to tell you just how much your understanding and patience mean to us. Our future success will therefore be a shared one. You will always remain our guiding light. 6
